Welcome to my website.  This website is the culmination of my spiritual healing journey from sexual abuse.  This is the voice of the abused/the survivor/the child.  If you have come to this site because you too have been abused, my intention is that you find solace within the poetry.  My mental and emotional challenges may validate your own experiences.  Most importantly, creating wholeness in your life is possible.  You don’t have to carry your abuser forever.
 
This website also provides a perspective of the shifting universal energies which are now facilitating the healing process by balancing our masculine and feminine energies.  The physical brawn and linear thinking of the old patriarchy are not useful in the heart-centered space of the New Earth.  This is a journey that you don’t want to miss.

I never intended to write a book.   I had been in Santa Fe for a year when I started writing poetry.  Previously I had only written professional documents.  I wrote my first poems in a women’s circle.  I just sat down and wrote.  The style was comfortable because it was succinct.
 
As I was continuing my healing, poetry lines would surface to my consciousness in the middle of the night.  So I would get out of bed, climb the stairs to my office, turn on the computer; and the poetry flowed.  I would write one, two or three poems at a sitting and rarely edited a poem after it was complete.  Unlike other authors, I did not dedicate a “time to write.”  I wrote when the poems came to me.
 
Annually I host a fund raiser for a local charity in my home as part of my giving back to the community.  On a couple of occasions, I read my poetry at those events.  My friends seemed to like my readings.  More than a year after I had completed most of the poetry writing, I knew that my journey remained unfinished without publishing.  Publishing was giving voice to myself and my work.
